So after I wrote my healthy vibes post I was struck by one of the WORST colds I have had in ages! I woke up early (1am) on Sunday feeling like I was swallowing razor blades. Things have gotten much better since then (thank-you Advil) and now mostly my nose and I are bitter enemies. I have still been getting the runs in and have just cut back to much shorter runs than I had planned for this week. The nice thing is that while I'm running and for about an hour afterwards I can actually breathe really clearly. Then the wall hits and I want to curl up in a ball and nap. 3 more runs and if this is still hanging around it will be a rest day for this girl. If I'm feeling better who knows what might happen!
