Today was a Tabata workout with my trainer and while it is a tough workout, it is fun! It is good for those of us with short attention spans too.

ReplyDeleteTabata is doing an excercise as hard as you can for 20 seconds and then taking a 10 second break. We did multiple different exercises like that until I wanted to barf :)
