One week to go!

One week left to make it to 100 runs in 100 days.  Send me lots of good running/no injury vibes!  I don't want to ruin the streak at this point!


Today was a Tabata workout with my trainer and while it is a tough workout, it is fun!  It is good for those of us with short attention spans too.

  2. Tabata is doing an excercise as hard as you can for 20 seconds and then taking a 10 second break. We did multiple different exercises like that until I wanted to barf :)
