Jinxed it!
So after I wrote my healthy vibes post I was struck by one of the WORST colds I have had in ages! I woke up early (1am) on Sunday feeling like I was swallowing razor blades. Things have gotten much better since then (thank-you Advil) and now mostly my nose and I are bitter enemies. I have still been getting the runs in and have just cut back to much shorter runs than I had planned for this week. The nice thing is that while I'm running and for about an hour afterwards I can actually breathe really clearly. Then the wall hits and I want to curl up in a ball and nap. 3 more runs and if this is still hanging around it will be a rest day for this girl. If I'm feeling better who knows what might happen!

One week to go!
One week left to make it to 100 runs in 100 days. Send me lots of good running/no injury vibes! I don't want to ruin the streak at this point!
Today was a Tabata workout with my trainer and while it is a tough workout, it is fun! It is good for those of us with short attention spans too.

"Long Run"
I put it in quotes because it didn't feel long. It was my longest since October and it was only 9k (and you know you are nuts when you put only in front of 9k). It was nice that it felt smooth and I only had to grab the handle bars a couple times because what I was watching made me jump. So glad I don't have an audience when I'm on the treadmill. It isn't pretty!
In other news: 3 way mirrors are evil.
